Paella Valenciana



400 gr. rabbit; 400 gr. chicken; 250 gr. green beans; 150 gr. of tavella; 150 gr. garrofón; 1ripe tomato; 500 gr. of rice; 8 tablespoons of oil; a pinch of sweet paprika, saffron and salt.





For 4 people

In a paella on the fire we add the oil and once hot we put the chopped meat, fry it well and add the green beans, the garrofón and the tavella. We continue with the sauce for about eight minutes and add the grated tomato. We move a little and add the rice, the paprika, the saffron and the water. When boiling, we adjust the salt.
